Protein screening
Incoming material is screened for protein before purchase — an acceptance check, since drying concentrates protein upward on the finished meal.

The ground, finished meal is analysed against the guaranteed specification — protein, moisture, fat, ash and freshness (ABVT/TVN).
Pre-shipment inspection
An independent inspection at Dakar loading verifies the cargo and issues a certificate of analysis — explicitly including antioxidant concentration.
Analysed against a documented specification
The protein, moisture, fat and freshness panel is run by the ITA (Institut de Technologie Alimentaire). Antioxidant concentration is verified independently by SGS at Dakar loading and stated on the certificate of analysis.
One sealed sample is retained per lot, so any shipment can be re-checked against the exact material that left our site.
